I used to work with Frank on the coaches for Wallace-Arnold. My name is Sean Wilkinson, and I used to live in the south of France when he worked in the Saint Tropez area. Today I was just thinking about his smiling face, and decided to find him on Facebook. I couldn't, so decided to Google his name. I am so shocked to hear that he has passed away. He was a lovely friend, and such a kind man. I always used to have a bit of banter with him about Manchester City, and my team, Blackburn Rovers. God bless, Frank Sean XX
